MINDFUL DRINKS: AMBITIOUSLY NON-ALCOHOLIC

WILD HERBS SHRUB
Kruut makes their shrubs from local wild herbs. In this case: goutweed, dandelion, nettle and red clover. It's a refreshing and sparkling summer drink.

MURI'S YAMILÉ
MURI are an Ex-NOMA chef and a former distiller of Imperial Spirits, creating complex non-alcoholic drinks: Yamilé is fruity soft and complex at the same time. It's based on fermented and smoked rhubarb and it's light and sparkly.
