Head Chef PASTRY

Your Role

  • Pastry menu development: you will lead and develop the menu together with the team. You’ll align closely with the two owners and the Head of Front of House on main directions and guidelines.

  • Team management: you will guide and support our pastry team, ensuring smooth collaboration and growth. You are responsible for scheduling and the operational management of the team.

  • Ordering and stock management: you oversee ordering, stock control, and food cost management.

  • Maintenance and daily operations: you are the first point of contact for all matters concerning the pastry section and ensure that everything runs smoothly and is well maintained.

  • Day job: you work mornings and daytime only (no evenings!). The team rotation allows for at least one free weekend per month.

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience as a pastry chef, including in a leadership role

  • Proven experience managing a larger pastry section

  • A team player with strong, proactive communication skills

  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
