About the Kitchen
In our Schöneberg location, we offer brunch dishes alongside our bakery and pastry products. We only use the best ingredients, sourced organically and ideally regionally. Our kitchen works closely with the bakery — from pizza preparation to baking for the pastry section — and we enjoy using these synergies across the team.

Your Role
As a Sous Chef, you are the right hand of our Head Chef and play a crucial part in the smooth daily operations:

  • Supporting in menu development and bringing in your own ideas.

  • Assisting with ordering, stock management and food cost control.

  • Helping oversee maintenance and workflow in the kitchen.

  • Being actively involved in daily prep and cooking for both lunch and brunch service.

  • Working closely with the bakery team on pizza preparation and pastry baking.

Your Profile

  • Several years of kitchen experience, ideally in both gastronomy and fast-paced environments.

  • You are structured, reliable, and supportive to your Head Chef.

  • You enjoy working in a team and are a proactive communicator.

  • You speak English (German is a bonus).
